THE RESCUE CULTURE COLLECTIVE INVITES YOU TO THE 37TH ANNUAL PROCESSION

In the tonalpohualli, the sacred Aztec calendar, Saturday November 2, 2019 honors:

Mazatl (Deer) and is governed by Tlaloc (God of Rain & Thunderstorms) as its provider of tonalli (Shadow Soul) life energy.

Mazatl is the day of the hunt. It is a good day to stalk your quarry, a bad day to be stalked. Mazatl is a day for breaking old routines and to pay attention to the routines of others.  These are good days to fulfill old obligations; bad days to go back on one’s word.
